Hardy Projects Limited is a property development company with projects in Nairobi and Mombasa. Our projects comprise of up market residential houses and commercial office blocks. HPL was incorporated on 5th July 2002.

The company has extensive experience within the Kenyan market. We maintain a strong relationship with Top Notch Consultants, who have a wide network of contacts in the industry to enable an efficient design and construction process.

HPL targets potential development both, for Commercial and Residential occupancy.  We have developed property in the up-market areas of Nairobi [click completed projects] and we are now developing in the upcoming Commercial and Residential areas still in Nairobi [click current projects].

Consultancy

HPL Teams up with Professional Consultants offering Architecture, Construction, Structural Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Quantity surveying services; in order to enhance professionalism and uphold the Building and Development Ethics

Financial Support

HPL assists potential buyers who may wish to buy or develop property by linking them up with Financial Institutions that offer mortgage services.

Legal Services

HPL employs the services of top legal Firms in the drafting of leases, sale agreements and other related documents on behalf of the clients to Financial Institutions.

Marketing

HPL engages in marketing its development on progression basis giving easy payment terms to its clients. It also accommodates Clients preferences in terms of their own choice of interior designs as the development is ongoing.
